Innovative Title is taking the necessary precautions to keep everybody safe by adhering to CDC guidelines. We are encouraging and enforcing the use of masks within the office, sanitizing our common areas before and after every appointment, as well as performing drive-by closings if the closing entities feel unsafe or uneasy inside our establishment.
